|Submission Requirements for Community Associations::

-- Loss runs for the past 3 years with carrier’s name, date report produced, policy number, term, date and description of any loss. If no losses, the loss run should state "No Losses".
--For associations over 15 years old: Most recent financial statement including long-range capital improvement plan required unless we have evidence of recent building improvements. This statement should be completed by a CPA.
